DK Promotions which has produced very successful concerts in the recent past will be presenting their next concert on Sunday 19th July at the Bishops College auditorium.

The show is another popular concept titled Yesterday Once More. This show has been presented before but it always with a different repertoire. This time too it will be a totally new repertoire of the hits from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s Performed by  Mignonne, Noeline , Joey Lewis, Sohan, Yasmin , Thrishala , Damayantha and Choro Calibre . The music will be provided by the X-periments.

 At the commencement all artists coming together to sing the title song Yesterday Once More .Yasmin will open the show with Lovely day, Killing Me Softly, Single Yellow Rose and Eranga and Priyanga classic Podi Nono with Sohan, Damayantha will follow thereafter to perform Save the last dance, Good luck Charm, I am a believer and Y’arriwa.  He will be supported by Choro Calibre who will also perform a couple of songs.

Mignonne will entertain the fans with Words got in the way, I do I do ,Shame Shame and Vivaha Yoge a duet with Sohan. Noeline who possess a very powerful voice will entertain the audience  with some classics from the 70’s. The new female singer of Xperiments Thrishala will also perform some solos and Sohan will end the show with some unforgettable hits. The special performance for the evening will be by Joey Lewis of Amazing Grace and Jetliners fame who will be singing with Mirage.  He will perform It’s all over now , Life is too short girl, Day after day , a collection of Neil Diamond hits and more.

According to Damayantha the producer of the concert it is also the launch of the Mary Duff concert which will be staged at the BMICH on October 24th and 25th this year. Ticket holders for this concert will be offered an opportunity to meet Mary Duff whilst she is in Sri Lanka for the show and also other special concessions.
