The Colombo Jazz Festival is starting tomorrow on the 18th of February at the Galle Face Hotel! This two-day Festival is set to host a plethora of international and local acts including the renowned band, Incognito, who has been in the music industry for over 35 years and has produced 16 albums over the years.

Also set to take the stage is Mud Morganfield, son of legendary Muddy Waters who is performing a mix of his father’s work and his own and has earned the title ‘Son of Blues’.

Other international
acts include Sannie Fox, Kevin Davy, The Diablos, El Trio, Beer Puppets and many more.

Performing alongside these international artistes are famed local artistes Jerome Speldewinde and Geoffrey Fernando of
Purple Rain.

The Jazz Festival will also feature a variety of food and wine ranging from overflowing picnic baskets to seafood barbecues and deli stands and a wine tasting lounge to name a few.

The Festival will also host a designer’s market, a pop up foot spa and a shisha lounge all scattered around the beautiful lawns of the Galle Face Hotel for Festival goers to enjoy.

The Colombo Jazz Festival is the perfect weekend plan; good music, good food and good company! You definitely wouldn’t want to miss this!
