The Judicial Medical Officer of the Colombo South Teaching Hospital has revealed in his autopsy report that the murder of 26 year-old Tharindi Aloka who lived in a luxury house in Kottawa had taken place due to internal bleeding caused by 20 stabbings inflicted on her body and neck.


Assistant JMO Sampath Senatunga who held the post mortem examination before chief Judicial Medical Officer P.B.Dasanayaka at the hospital asserted that the young woman had suffocated due to excessive bleeding that had blocked the windpipe.
The victim was a married woman who lived in a colossal house on the Horana road in Kottawa.
